Refuse to skip exercise 2 days in a row.
It doesn't matter how little exercise you get or how simple the exercise is, just refuse to go 2 days in a row without doing some exercise. This is more about commitment and your attitude to overcome your weaknesses than it is about the workout. One or two days (or even weeks) of missed exercise is no reason to quit. Get back to it as soon as possible! I promise it won’t be like starting over. It doesn’t take long to feel the weakness in the muscles, but the strength will come back really quick if you don’t let it go for months.
