On days when you simply don’t feel like exercising and are tempted to forget it, try this: get yourself ready as usual then exercise for 5 minutes. If you don’t feel like continuing, stop and don’t feel guilty about it. (I’ll bet 9 times out of 10 your feelings will change and you’ll continue once you’ve started.)
