Change the foods you use for comfort or rewards.
Make a list of all your comfort foods and the foods you use to reward yourself. (You'll find a place for this list in your journal.) Most women will automatically think of chocolate (for comfort and reward!), but you may have to really spend some time thinking to come up with your full list. These are the foods you crave or search for when you're upset, angry, lonely, depressed, etc. that seem to make you feel better and the foods you use to celebrate successes in your life. Look at that list and assign a better substitute for each.
