Use your scale every day from now on.
If you don't have one, get one!
Weigh yourself at the same time on the same scale every day, wearing no clothes or similar weight clothes each time. I like to weigh right after I exercise in the morning and before my shower. (Hint: you'll weigh the least first thing in the morning.) Don't ignore the scale when you've “blown it” for a couple of days - you need to see the result. Lots of people or plans tell you to weigh once a week. That may be more comfortable, but I don't like it because I think you'll learn your up and down cycles a lot quicker if you weigh yourself every day. Record your weight once a week, but step on that scale each and every day!
