| I started doing this because I was tired of my boys wanting seconds before I could even get one bite of hot food. We were just passing the food back and forth down the table. I started to notice with the food on the counter, I didn't reach for seconds or keep nibbling at the food while waiting for everyone to finish talking and eating. Once I stood up from the table, I was done. | |
