You don't have to be perfect to lose weight.
I am living proof. I never had a 100% perfect day where I followed my plan perfectly - not one. But I made the right decision often enough and I made enough changes overall. I ate a lot less because I was so much more aware and I knew I shouldn't eat the things I hadn't planned, so I would only have a bite or two. Look at your plan for today and finish the day strong and start tomorrow strong.
