Find a weight loss coach and a weight loss buddy.
Your weight loss coach should be someone who builds your confidence, knows how to motivate you, and is a good problem-solver. (If they've lost weight themselves, even better.) Your coach will be brutally honest with you when you need brutal honesty. Your weight loss buddy will be someone else who wants to lose weight with you. You should stay in touch with your weight loss coach at least once a week and your weight loss buddy several times a week.
