Impossible for you, you say? Can't you at least try? After all, that's what
this is all about, isn't it - you trying to succeed at something you've never been
able to do before? You will be amazed what you can do when you put your mind to
it - you may not be very good at it right away, but you'll get better. This is a really good idea early on. Then when you're a little hungry or tempted you know how long until you eat again and you can hang in there. If you're going to be eating later than your regular time, eat a little at your regular time (several baby carrots, fruits, veggies, couple of crackers) - keep it around 50 calories. That should take the edge off. |
