Keep the reward (to be thin for life) foremost in your mind by quietly reflecting on it every day (no distractions, no interruptions). Create reminders (tips, sticky notes, string around your finger) and put them where you'll see them often, spend time with others who have the same goal (like a weight loss coach or buddy), and imagine the changes and how your life will be better once you reach your goal.
