We all have some of those foods that we eat just because they're available or convenient
- we don't even like them all that much. If some of these foods in your house are
just too tempting, get rid of them. These foods might include high fat or high sugar
foods, like junk food snacks (potato chips, snack cakes), candy, and desserts. Replace
them with better choices like nuts, cheese, crackers, or granola bars if you must
have some snack foods. You've been learning to read those food labels - it's time to use this new skill to decide to throw it out or buy it or not. |
