Find a reason each day to exercise,
not an excuse not to.
If you're not finding reasons, you're finding excuses. And there's always a new excuse tomorrow! It's easy to let things get in the way and take over. Find your reasons and just do it!

Let me take care of the most common excuses for not exercising: "I don't have time" - find the time, you'll never just have time. "I'm too tired" - you'll get more energy in the long run. "Exercise makes me hungry" - eat some fruit. "I have a bad back or bad knees" - do what you can under doctor's orders. Work around your excuses. There may be exercises you are not able to do, but don't use that as an excuse not to do anything.
