You must accept the truth that to lose weight and keep it off for life you have to develop new lifelong habits. Once you accept that truth, look for things you are willing to change for the rest of your life. You are destined to fail if your changes are temporary and you're looking forward to the day when you don't have to do this or that anymore. Because as soon as you go back to your old eating habits, your weight is probably going back to your old weight.
