These moments usually occur doing simple, everyday activities. It may be triggered by an unexpected look at your reflection in a mirror or window, while trying on clothes, or buying a new swimsuit. You'll have to find yours. It's not as if we didn't know we needed to lose weight - after all we've been trying for years. But something just "clicks" inside and from that moment on, there is no turning back and failure is not an option. What a great moment! | |
