There really is no other way to do this. When you mess up and "blow it", review your plan and just get right back on track the very next decision you're faced with. There's only minimum damage in your mistake. Stop expecting yourself to be perfect, which isn't reasonable in the first place, and just keep going. Don't beat yourself up, forgive yourself and forget it. What good will it do to quit, no matter how many mistakes or how often? Remember, you are still learning and practicing how to lose weight.
