It's really easy to order pizza or fast food if you're hungry and you don't know
what's for dinner. Plan your meals and snacks ahead of time and write out your menu
for the entire day (my journal helps you do this). Before you sit down to eat, you'll
know how much you're planning to eat. Eat only what's on your plan - then stop and
wait 15-20 minutes. Most of the time you'll realize you don't need to eat any more.
It takes 15-20 minutes after you STOP eating for your brain to get the message
that your stomach is full. Then, if you’re still hungry eat a little more (but don’t
