Write down all the things you know you
should be doing or shouldn't be doing
that will help you lose weight.
Your list might include: only 100-120 calorie snacks, no more soft drinks, 3 bites of dessert, exercise 30 minutes each day, etc. You will change your list as you read tips you like or you've tried things that aren't working.
