We want to believe it, but deep down, we know better. I've been there, tried that, learned that lesson. To me, losing weight isn't a matter of not knowing what to do, but a matter of knowing how to do it - day in and day out for long enough to get the results you want.

It's tough to lose weight, but you can do it!
After having my 5 sons, I found myself considerably overweight. After 8 years of trying many, many weight loss methods, I finally stumbled upon the "secret". I lost 50 pounds in 5 and a half months and have kept it off since 2001. Once you read my story and why I should not have succeeded, you'll definitely say, "If she can do it, I can do it!"
That "secret" I referred to? There are 2 parts:
